What this website collects

Nothing on purpose. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third parties. There are no forms; contact happens by email from your own mail client.

Hosting logs

The site is served by AWS Amplify Hosting (Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL) from the European Union. Like any web server, it records technical access logs (IP address, requested page, time, browser type) to keep the service secure and available. These logs are kept for a short period and are not used to identify visitors.

When you email us

We keep your message and address for as long as needed to answer you and, for business correspondence, as long as Dutch record-keeping rules require. Our mail is hosted by Zoho Corporation B.V. in the EU.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or erasure of personal data we hold about you, and you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Write to privacy@tnvnextgendigital.com.
